Listing Options for Residential Properties from e-lite to Elite

Full-Representation Package

This option provides full REALTOR® representation throughout the entire selling process by a Certified Seller Representative Specialist® and includes Marketing strategy advice and updates; measurements of the exterior and interior of the property; a full set of quality still pictures and placement of your property on MLS®. Most importantly, Right Choice Realty will guide you through the whole negotiating process to help you reach your desired outcome.

Our Brokerage fee for Full-Representatation services is 4% of the final sale price plus GST (min. $3000.00 charge, plus GST). All services are provided with no initial retainer charge. You do not pay until a successful sale is achieved. Half of this Brokerage fee charged is shared with the co-operating Brokerage providing the Buyer to the sale.

Elite Listing with Full-Representation Package

Upgrade to the Elite Listing from your Full-Representation Package for $500.00 plus GST, to be paid at the start of your listing (non-refundable).

This includes the Full-Representation Package PLUS 2 aerial photos of the property; Virtual Tour videography placed on MLS®; one-hour Staging consultation, REALTOR® hosted open houses (One per month for the duration of the listing).

e-lite Posting without Representation

This mere posting option allows a homeowner to post their property on the MSL®, but not receive representation services from the Brokerage. Measurements and information placed on MLS® must be verified by the Brokerage.

We offer this mere posting, verification of information, external measurements of the main building and one street-view photo for a non-refundable price of $850.00 plus GST, paid up-front before the listing is uploaded to the MLS®.

As the Seller, you will be responsible to negotiate and pay the Brokerage Fees of the Buyer’s agent. Additional services, such as Open Houses, interior photography and/or measurements may be available at an additional charge.
